Founded in 2015, ARC Group Holdings (ARC) has acted as a principal in hundreds of acquisitions and other investments either directly or through its portfolio companies, with transaction sizes ranging from $2 million to $150 million. Our current portfolio of operating partnerships spans multiple industries, with each company being strategically guided by its owner-managers.
The "common thread" in our approach however, is not industry, but rather the caliber of individuals with whom we are privileged to affiliate. We are long-term investors and generally sell holdings only when our management partners propose to do so. With offices in Ohio and affiliates around the country, ACR draws its members from backgrounds in operating businesses and various professions.
