Founded in 2015, ARC Group Holdings LLC (ARC) has acted as a principal in hundreds of acquisitions and other investments either directly or through its portfolio companies, with transaction sizes ranging from $2 million to $150 million. Our current portfolio of operating partnerships spans multiple industries, with each company being strategically guided by its owner-managers.
The "common thread" in our approach however, is not industry, but rather the caliber of individuals with whom we are privileged to affiliate. We are long-term investors and generally sell holdings only when our management partners propose to do so.
